The noise level from neighboring apartments can be quite disruptive, especially for light sleepers.

The kindest hostess I ever met!! Mrs Despo filled the fridge with water, refreshments, fruits and a bottle of wine complementary!! A fully equipped apartment with a fantastic view!! The apartment is two minutes walking distance to the beach and harbor!!
There were a lot of beach insects that bit us. We did not know about this and, unfortunately, bought the repellent too late.

The value for money at the Latchi Holiday Flat was really good. The room itself was cozy and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach, restaurants, and shops. The staff were friendly, cute us with a bottle of wine and fruit, and even giving us a farewell gift of chocolates. We will definitely be coming back here again.
The breakfast menu could use some improvement, perhaps by adding more variety to the options available.

Amazing location with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Spectacular balcony views. Netflix on TV. Fridge stocked with goodies. Late check-out offered. Fully equipped apartment near beach and harbor. Quiet and well-equipped with parking space. Free pool with code. Great contact with landlord. Quick repairs. Comfortable beds, reliable Wifi and air-con. Friendly cats. a fantastic stay with jaw-dropping views and everything you need for a perfect vacation.

our stay in polis was lovely, but our time at the flat in latchi exceeded our expectations. the view from the balcony and bedroom window was breathtaking, and the kitchen was well stocked. despo, the owner, was incredibly helpful. we enjoyed exploring the relaxed town, with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from.
Beach insects bit us.

This holiday flat feels like a home away from home! the owner is incredibly welcoming and friendly. the property is well-maintained and spotlessly clean. Great views, close to the harbour restaurants and beaches. there is a communal pool which is an added bonus!
Felt right at home, nothing to complain about.
